Written scope
Starting prices are estimates. A written quote confirms scope, deliverables, price, timeline and any additional work before a project begins. This site is an invitation to discuss a project, not a booking contract.
Payments
The supplied model is a 50% booking deposit, with the balance at the agreed completion milestone. Cancellation, refunds, milestone acceptance and tax treatment must be defined in the written agreement before booking.
Materials and revisions
You provide approved copy, photos, branding and relevant account access. Two consolidated revision rounds are included in the standard scope. Additional pages, listings or features are quoted separately.
Timeline
Standard targets are 5–7 working days for a business website and 5–10 for Shopify, after required materials arrive. Delayed inputs, feedback, additional scope and third-party approvals may shift delivery.
Separate provider costs
Domain and hosting, Shopify subscription, paid themes, apps, messaging, telephony and payment or shipping provider charges are separate. Providers set their own approvals, pricing and service terms.
Ownership and licences
After full payment, you receive the agreed project deliverables and access. You own your business accounts and supplied content. Third-party software, themes, fonts and assets remain subject to their licences.
Support and expectations
Ongoing support is separately agreed. Search rankings, sales, traffic and enquiry volumes are not guaranteed. Written project terms govern the final engagement.
